One of the perks of living in an international post-graduate residence is that everyone in the College seems to have some random talent to share. Witness: good friend from Israel, Yoel. At age 24 he was chef-owner of his own sushi restaurant in Jerusalem. Now working on his PhD at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, studying malaria in Africa.
Not a bad place to live, eh?
I wonder if kosher sushi is a good as kosher chesse…nothing like a nice kosher bree from Borough Park.
